Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Joballyzer is operated by Erik Alfred Larsson, a sole trader based in Sweden. We want the service to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and by EN 301 549.

2. How this statement relates to the European Accessibility Act

The European Accessibility Act has applied to e-commerce services since 28 June 2025. Joballyzer is run by a single person and qualifies as a microenterprise (fewer than 10 people and under €2 million annual turnover), and microenterprises providing services are exempt from the Act's requirements. We are publishing this statement and working to the standard above anyway, because we would rather the service actually be usable than rely on an exemption. If Joballyzer grows past the microenterprise threshold, the exemption stops applying and we will treat full conformance as a requirement rather than a goal.

3. What we currently do

  • All functionality can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone.
  • Interactive controls have accessible names, and icon-only buttons carry text labels for screen readers.
  • Dialogs identify themselves as dialogs, and errors are announced rather than shown only as colour changes.
  • Information is never conveyed by colour alone: scores and priorities carry text as well.
  • The interface uses relative units and reflows down to small screens and at increased zoom.
  • Form fields have visible, programmatically associated labels.

4. Known limitations

We want to be honest rather than claim more than we can currently evidence. As of the date above:

  • The service has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit. Our conformance claim is based on our own testing, not an independent assessment.
  • Some colour combinations in secondary and hint text may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio WCAG AA requires for normal-size text.
  • Analysis results are generated by an AI model. We control the structure and labelling of the output, but not its wording, so we cannot guarantee that every generated sentence meets plain-language guidance.
  • Uploaded PDFs are processed as text. If your own PDF is an inaccessible scan, the extracted text may be incomplete. Pasting your CV as text instead avoids this.

5. Alternatives if something is not usable

If any part of Joballyzer is not accessible to you, email joballyzer@gmail.com and describe what you were trying to do. We will help you complete that task by another route, and treat it as a bug to fix rather than a support ticket to close.

Please note that we may be slower than usual to respond between August 2026 and June 2027, but every message will be read and answered.

6. Feedback and enforcement

Accessibility feedback goes to joballyzer@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Swedish Agency for Digital Government (Myndigheten för digital förvaltning, DIGG), or the equivalent supervisory authority in your own country.
